Score 31 pag. • for Guitar and String Orchestra • The piece "Points de Vue", for guitar and string orchestra, was composed for the concert "Composers", organized in Palermo to enhance the new music of contemporary young Sicilian composers.
Made up of two large sections, each featuring two sub-sections, the piece contrasts the high cantability of the melody in three-quarters assigned to the guitar (and later the strings) to the rhythmic taste a bit rock of the central part, rhythmic fulcrum and emotional of the thematic trend.
These are the "points of view" of the author; living two realities that intersect to each other seamlessly, where any musical "proposal" is a different point of view, to be considered for a personal introspective research • Alberto Maniaci
