occasion of the canonization of Blessed Padre Pio, which took place in Rome on 16 June 2002. Created originally for four-part chorus with organ accompaniment, the composition has been performed several times during liturgical celebrations
encountering enthusiastic acclaim from both the Clergy
and the assembly.
The Mass, written in Latin, consists of four parts taken from the Ordinarium
Missae (Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus, Agnus Dei) and follows a classical line.
