"The Curfew" draws free inspiration from the ancient song "The Assisi's Curfew" you can hear of it in short hints - and since mediaeval times, was sung by that community to maintain their rest and sleep as quiet and peaceful as possibile, under cover from night dangers. But "The Curfew" does not want to be only poignantly redolent of that charming night ceremonial; it would like to reintroduce - in nowadays furious din - a revival to pure and crystalline tones of a great and glorious instrument - the bugle - whose celestial notes can only be highlighted by the surrounding stillness. .....for one day a sollitaire bugle will raise its song from the crystalline dome of the craft, whose near imperceptible humming won't disturb its endless poetry......
