The Nebrodi mountains and the Iblei mountains frame the artistic name of this DUO demonstrating that music knows no boundaries and unites similar souls both from an artistic and human point of view, because it is from a beautiful friendship that the artistic collaboration was born. The DUO, in fact, was born in the summer of 2019 from the meeting of two established musicians who, although originally from two distant places in Sicily, the music meant that their paths crossed. The heart of this collection focuses on classic pieces by 19th century authors: Neumann, Paganini, Gragnani, Rossini, which represent milestones in the classical music scene, performed by the clarinet and guitar, an unusual but refined formation. A collection full of emotions, energy and feelings entrusted to the dynamism of Salvatore Botta’s clarinet and the virtuosity of Lino Gatto’s guitar which with their notes evoke in the hearts of those who listen to the sensations and emotions experienced by the nobility of the time, in their encounters cultural, where literature, music and all forms of art converged.
