WKYCD1007 • Contaminations is developed on two thematic cells: Eb, F, Bb and F, G, B, C, D, F. The compositon follows the history of music with constant changes of style, starting from the Baroque counterpoint up to the Samba. Each musical moment represents a frame of time in the past that the author wants to describe and its particular compositive style: harmonic solidity, rhythmic pulsation and aesthetical research. It all allows both the performer and the listener to enjoy the musical gifts of the composer. "Contaminations" is everything and, at the same time, the contrary of everything.
